Our Facilitated Planning Sessions are designed to help you explore areas of work, review activity, identify priorities and support next stage planning.

Through facilitated discussion and exercises, and using planning tools and interactive activities we can help you gain clarity and insight in a particular area of your work, and give you the foundations to make tangible progress in that area.

The session can focus on almost any area of your work and we will work with you to tailor it to your needs. We are not there to provide you with the answers; we’re there to help you find them out for yourselves.

Here are some suggestions of areas you might look at:

  • mission, aims & values
  • brand identity
  • marketing planning
  • digital communications
  • income generation

A session will usually last for two hours and can involve up to 5 members of your team. Please contact us to discuss sessions for larger groups, as they may require more time or an alternative structure.


Gap Analysis

This is a focused session designed to help you identify and prioritise areas in need of development. Through a series of exercises we will audit your organisation’s activities, prioritise areas in need of development and explore the barriers to progress. It aims to give focus and clarity to an organisation looking to raise its game.
