Booking Terms & Conditions

When booking on an All About Audiences event, delegates agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • All About Audiences reserve the right to amend dates, venues, speakers and content. Any changes will be publicised in advance, where possible.
  • All About Audiences will always endeavour to meet your access and dietary needs, late bookings or transfers might make this difficult. To ensure that any access or dietary needs are met please email beth.wells@allaboutaudiences.com or call 0161 234 2912 at least one week prior to the event.
  • All About Audiences may need to cancel an event where there are insufficient numbers of bookings. Should a cancellation take place in these circumstances, attendees will be advised of the cancellation at the earliest opportunity, free places will be credited and all paid places will be refunded in full.

Cancellations

  • Places can be cancelled at any time, in writing to beth.wells@allaboutaudiences.com or by calling 0161 234 2912.
  • Subscribers cannot transfer places or discounts to another organisation or to another subscription year.
  • Subscribers who book onto the event but do not attend will lose their allocated free place, unless they cancel 48 hours or more before the event.

Invoicing & Refunds

  • Where applicable, invoices will be issued on booking a place. Payment terms, including payment deadlines will be included on your invoice. To discuss further, email Diane.Muir@allaboutaudiences.com or call 0161 234 2954.
  • Delegates who have paid for a place must cancel one week or more before the advertised event to be eligible for a refund.
