Consultancy Surgeries

A half day session with one of our expert team, exploring an area of work specific to your organisation’s needs.

"I felt the afternoon went really well and as a venue we have certainly gained a lot from it."

"The surgery presented us with some really good tools and practical advice for starting this area of work."

"I thoroughly enjoyed the sessions, and found the interactive elements particularly useful."

The purpose of a Consultancy Surgery is to increase your knowledge in a particular area, assist with planning and signpost you to further resources.

Surgeries provide an ideal opportunity to take time out to discuss and explore your chosen area of work, facilitated by All About Audiences staff who offer expertise and an external perspective.

Once you have selected a theme, you will be asked to complete a pre-surgery questionnaire to ensure the content is targeted and relevant. Following the meeting you will be provided with a summary report making recommendations for future action.
