Consultancy Sugeries

A one-to-one Audience Development Surgery is a cost-effective way of accessing focussed support in a specific area.

We can deliver surgeries on the topics detailed below, and within these topics we focus on your specific needs and areas of interest. Before the session we ask you to complete a pre-surgery questionnaire so that we can identify what areas to cover and decide which staff are best placed to advise.

Surgeries take place in a half day session with up to 5 members of your organisation. They can provide a great opportunity for different departments to get together to discuss issues and developments.

During a surgery, we explore issues through brainstorming, discussion and advice. Following a surgery we will provide you with a short report advising on next steps and signposting to further resources.
