All About Audiences has been contracted by Manchester City Council to run a project during the summer and autumn of 2011 looking at engaging young people (13 - 19 years old), based in North Manchester and Wythenshawe, with cultural organisations within the Manchester City Council boundaries.
The project aims to:
- showcase what’s on at the different organisations for young people
- collect feedback from the young people to enable cultural organisations to develop programmes and marketing to attract young people in the future.
We are engaging with groups of young people who are being given the opportunity to attend a range of cultural events throughout Manchester.
At each event, the groups take part in a variety of research activities, from vox pops to surveys, to gather their thoughts and opinions about the visit.
