The what’s on Portal for Greater Manchester is a project that has been developed by All About Audiences, in conjunction with Visit Manchester. The vision of the Portal is to create a straightforward, trusted and comprehensive picture of the arts, culture and entertainment on offer across the city region that persuades, encourages and motivates people living, working and visiting the region.
