Making the Case for your Volunteering Programme

Manchester Cultural Employers Forum Volunteer Task Group, Volunteering Greater Manchester and Manchester Museum are working in partnership to offer a series of four Volunteer Manager Training Days for people working in the Cultural/Arts/Heritage Sector.

The third training course will be Making the Case for your Volunteering Programme and will cover the following:

• Assessing the economic value of volunteers
• Assessing the impact of your volunteers
• “Influencing up” – making the case for involving volunteers and getting support for volunteer management

Lunch will be provided on the day.
