A new economic landscape is emerging for the arts and cultural sector, with new challenges for securing financial sustainability.
As a cultural leader, how do you look beyond the financial transaction to understand your organisation’s value in relation to audiences’ experiences whilst at the same time adopting an agile approach to ensure the stability of your organisation in the face of a stark funding future?
This CEO Symposium will provide you with the space to:
Keynote speaker Graham Leicester (International Futures Forum) will share IFF’s inquiry into money and meaning and the relationship between the two within the arts and cultural sector. In particular he will explore the concept that art is itself a currency - in an economy of meaning.
Mark Robinson (Arts Consultant and author of ‘Making Adaptive Resilience Real’) will draw on his recent publication to explore the relevance of resilience thinking and will make recommendations for how to enhance resilience within the arts sector.
The event will also be chaired by Susan Royce, Chartered Accountant and Change Consultant who has worked in the arts for over 10 years.
Join &Co to discuss with peers the practical implications of these insights for management, measurement, innovation, collaboration and policy.
