After graduating from the University of Reading with a BA (Hons) in American Studies, I took some time out to travel. My subsequent work experience included a range of administrative and customer focused roles in the legal, financial and insurance industries. I joined Arts About Manchester (AAM) in July 2005 as Marketing Services Officer. In this role I was jointly responsible for AAM’s portfolio of marketing services.
In April 2007 I took on the part-time role of Dance Audience Development Officer and was responsible for the implementation of the Discover Dance project - working with our members and stakeholders to build, develop and maintain dance audiences in the city-region.
The following year I moved into the role of Information Manager and took on responsibility for our communications, events and membership services.
As Client Services Manager at All About Audiences I provide advice and consultancy to arts and cultural organisations, manage a range of client accounts, and am jointly responsible for recruiting new subscribers from across the North West. As a remote worker I am often out and about in the region meeting subscribers, delivering benefits, and promoting the opportunities and services we offer.
