I joined All About Audiences in July 2008 as Audience Development Coordinator working in Liverpool for LARC (Liverpool Arts Regeneration Consortium) on the Open City and Family Friendly projects. From September 2009 until March 2011 I managed the Open City project for LARC, meanwhile also supporting the development of Family Friendly activity throughout the North West.
As Audience Development Manager it is my role to make sense of arts trends, research and case studies so that arts organisations can understand it and make use of it in the development of their services.
Before working for All About Audiences, I worked in a number of different communication and community engagement roles within Oxfam GB and Oxfam International.
